RISHINANDINI KUMARI SINGH

The Indian born, Swiss resident is a graduate in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design, New York. An artist who believes in conceptual engagement with her surroundings, Rishinandini’s designs focus on exploring innovative construction techniques and materiality. Her design aesthetic is greatly inspired by the desire to combine the artistic legacy of India with the experimental urban culture of the metropolis. 

Rishinandini has worked in different realms of the design industry. In the past, she has interned at the design studios of Oscar de la Renta, TiBi, and Cynthia Rowley, New York. She has also worked as a research intern at Raghavendra Rathore, an Indian menswear couture house, where she ideated closely with local Rajasthani artisans to redesign a relic accessory— the ‘Pagg’.

She has interned as a graphic designer as well at Yona Lee Design Studio in Lausanne, Switzerland.
